With unusual mid-nineties temperatures here for weeks, replacing our defunct window-shaker with the Frigidaire air conditioner was the best decision I could have made. It was delivered with the week, I installed it in the window, and it works like a dream, and is quiet, too. It cools the not only the living room, but the kitchen and two other rooms. The remote control is an added bonus. I couldn't be happier with my choice...and the price was very reasonable with no shipping charges. Thanks so much.

We purchased this unit locally today (the last one of any manufacturer in our area) to replace our old yard sale model. We temporarily (explained below) installed it in our living room window with ease, plugged it in & waited. To our surprise our living room / kitchen and second bedroom were to temp (72) within about an hour (house was about 84 prior).The only problem we ran into was a part missing (the top rail) from the packaging. A quick call to Frigidaire/Electrolux customer service solved the problem. We spoke with a very helpful Customer Service Rep who found our part quickly, registered our purchase and secured approval for 2 Day Air shipping instead of ground.We are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend it to others.

Good product, the price is fantastic. I have a rather large room and this unit is really cool. I have yet to put it on high. Worth the money and the shipping was fast.
