after installing and a week's testing, everything works perfectly. clean, QUIET heat. might be a bit tough for those not real familiar with AC and electrical wiring. its precharged; just be very careful to line up the couplings before tightening.and dont hurry the uncoiling of the soft copper connecting pipes. the wiring diagram is not real good and could cause the unwary to reverse connections left to right. instructions are ambiguous re: valves. they are the 2 caps on outdoor unit that are not the tire-type top-off valve. after you connect and tighten the copper pipe couplings, you unscrew valve caps per instructions with an allen wtench (drug and hardware stores have them). that charges the system. this is higher pressure than normal AC and leaks will immediately be evident. the r410a refrigerant in tire-valve can is available and doesnt require special permit like other freons.mfr. presumes installation by AC technician and speaks to that expertise/level but anybody can do it. there are helpful how-ros on you tube etc. just google SENVILLE. grounding is essential to prevent radio interference (RFI) which is mercifully low with good ground (per instructions) i dont recommend using the unnecessary ionizer because they ALL require muxh more care than theyre worth.
